Frettens Launch Online Client Portal

Launched in February, the Frettens Client Portal has already received praise from a number of clients, who particularly like the user-friendly interface, as well as the security and simplicity of the software.

The online portal makes complicated or large commercial transactions significantly more:

  • Simple: Easy-to-use client interface allows large files to be stored in one place.
  • Smooth: Matters progress more quickly thanks to collaborative working.

What is the Frettens Client Portal?

  • The Frettens Client Portal is a collaboration and file-sharing platform.
  • It provides our clients with a secure space for sharing, reviewing and editing files.
  • Files are encrypted and stored on a secure UK server. They can then be reviewed by users who are given access to the portal.
  • It is used in cases where large volumes of files or documents need to be shared with multiple parties, and replaces email or hard copies.
  • It makes collaboration on large transactions simpler and more secure.

Commercial Growth at Frettens

Frettens’ Commercial Services Team has grown significantly in the last few years and is now one of the largest and most-experienced in the area.

Fiona Knight and Charlotte Bunch joined the already-strong Commercial Property Team this year. Wayne Spolander and Paulina Jastrzebska recently joined the dedicated Corporate & Commercial Team, and Sarah Nineham and Will Bartley bolstered the Dispute Resolution Team in the second half of 2018.

The Commercial Property, Corporate and Commercial, Dispute Resolution and Employment Teams are all currently using the client portal, with plans afoot to roll it out for larger private client transactions, too.

Investment in Technology

Frettens’ IT Manager, Jane Newman, oversaw the project with Hubshare.
