Charlotte is part of the residential property team in Ringwood. She appreciates that, whether it be moving house or one of the other matters she deals with it can be a stressful time and endeavours to ensure that transactions proceed as smoothly as possible with her friendly and efficient service.

Work

Charlotte is an Associate Member of CILEx (ACILEx) with over 10 years’ experience in dealing with residential conveyancing and is based in the Ringwood office.

Charlotte deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, to include sales subject to lease extensions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

Away from work Charlotte loves the great outdoors and enjoys, walking, horse riding and spending time training her cocker spaniel.
