Kerry is an Executive within the Leasehold Property team dealing with lease extensions and enfranchisements.

Work

Kerry joined Frettens in 2020 commencing in the commercial property team dealing with various commercial transactions. She transferred to the leasehold property team in late 2023 assisting Niki Adkins with residential leasehold property matters. She mainly deals with lease extensions, deeds of variation, enfranchisement, drafting new leases and general lease advice. Kerry is also an Associate member of CILEX (ACILEX) now known as a Paralegal Member.

Kerry likes spending time with her large family, socialising with friends, attending concerts, retail therapy, watching films and playing around with her dog, Roxi.
