Kerry is an Executive within the Leasehold Property team dealing with lease extensions and enfranchisements.

Work

Kerry joined the firm in 2020 commencing in the commercial property team dealing with commercial conveyancing matters including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold commercial premises, acting for landlords and tenants. She also dealt with commercial lending, social housing and easements, working alongside the solicitors in the commercial team.

In January 2024 she transitioned to our leasehold property team assisting Niki Adkins and Hannah Faith with residential leasehold property matters. Kerry has experience of dealing with lease extensions at a previous firm.

Kerry is also an Associate member of CILEX (ACILEX) - now known as a Paralegal Member.

Kerry has been recognised in the 2022 Legal 500 which is an independent legal directory.

In Kerry’s spare time she likes spending time with her family, socialising with friends, retail therapy, watching films and walking her dog, Roxi, in the forest.
