Frettens Solicitors are delighted to announce that Michelle Petersen and Niki Adkins have been promoted to become Associates at the firm.
Michelle Petersen
Michelle Petersen has been at Frettens since 2014, initially in the Residential Conveyancing Team as an Executive and managing a team of conveyancers before moving into Commercial Property, working on all types of commercial leases, refinancing and property development.
When the firm’s Ringwood office was being planned, Michelle became a natural choice to move back into Residential conveyancing. Living just outside of Ringwood, she has local knowledge and established contacts with property agents in the area. Michelle also handles plot sales, providing invaluable assistance when dealing with new build properties.
Niki Adkins
Niki Adkins was recruited in 2017 to establish a leasehold specialist division at Frettens. With excellent experience and contacts, she quickly built up an extremely busy caseload, gaining recommendations from property agents and surveyors across the region.
Niki’s expertise is in residential lease extensions, lease assignments, lease renewals and buying the freehold of flats and apartments. She has already been able to recruit and train a Paralegal to assist with demand for this highly specialised area of work.
