Michelle heads up the Conveyancing team in Ringwood and provides a friendly and approachable service to her clients and expertly guides them through a property transaction. She appreciates that buying or selling a property is often an emotional investment as well as a financial one, and her aim is to assist clients in navigating that journey.

Michelle Petersen is a Partner, Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow of CILEx. She is based in Ringwood and is assisted by Trainee Solicitor, Justine Mears.
She deals with all things relating to residential property including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of equity and other property matters including adverse possession claims, matrimonial conveyancing and lease extensions.
Michelle enjoys problem solving and approaches difficult matters with a ‘can do’ attitude. She works efficiently with everyone involved in the transaction to ‘get the job done’.
In addition, Michelle has experience in Commercial Property, having worked alongside Oonagh McKinney on all types of commercial leases, refinancing and property development. Michelle also handles plot sales, providing invariable assistance when dealing with new builds, whether acting for seller or buyer.

Michelle likes to spend time with her family and friends, enjoying eating out and going to the cinema (but not to watch anything scary, as she says she's a total wimp!). She loves to be on the water whether that be paddle-boarding or kayaking and enjoys finding those hidden gems off the beaten track.
