Kym Gaisford is a dual qualified solicitor, having qualified in South Africa in 2007 as an attorney, notary public and conveyancer. She has been a qualified solicitor in England and Wales since 2011 and has 5 years of litigation experience.
She previously worked at a conveyancing practice in Bristol, gaining experience in many aspects of conveyancing including sale, purchase, transfer of equity and re mortgage.
Kym joined the firm in 2017 and was made an Associate in 2021. Since joining she has been dealing with residential leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, unregistered land, remortgages, new build plot sales and transfers of equity.
Kym works closely with Natalie Neil.

A very avid runner, Kym has run the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon, the London Marathon two years in a row and, most recently, took part in the Snowdonia Trail Marathon. She loves the outdoors, so she is enjoying exploring Dorset and the rest of the beautiful coast.
