Kerri specialises in all aspects of litigation including property and boundary disputes, TOLATA claims and commercial disputes.

Work

Kerri qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in July 2016 and subsequently completed her Professional Skills Course in October 2016 before cross qualifying as a Solicitor in January 2017. Kerri has over ten years post qualification experience working in Dispute Resolution. As of January 2026, Kerri works in our Wimborne office.

Kerri can advise both individuals as well as businesses in relation to their legal rights and obligations as and when disputes arise between them.

Kerri acts for a broad range of clients on matters including property disputes, such as those regarding breach of lease disputes, disputes between freeholders and leaseholders and service and ground rent charge disputes. In addition, Kerri also advises clients on contractual disputes and cohabitee disputes.

Living on the south coast, Kerri enjoys spending time at the beach or taking a walk through the New Forest followed by some good food in a local restaurant or country pub.
