Tahnee is a Conveyancing Paralegal in the Residential Property team. She understands moving house can be particularly stressful so she likes to be clear and concise with clients to ensure they understand every process.

Tahnee Turtle is a Conveyancing Paralegal in our residential property team assisting Cheryl Phimister.

Tahnee deals with all aspects of residential sales from start through to exchange and completion ensuring that she provides an excellent service to all clients, maintaining good client relationships and ensuring clients are regularly updated. She also ensures transactions are completed efficiently and working towards desired timescales/always keeping this in mind.

Experience
  • Preparing contract papers, dealing with enquiries, liaising with third parties and setting up files for completion.
  • Assisting with purchases where required, such as searches etc.
  • Registrations/post completion matters.

Play

Tahnee is currently saving for her first home but with the love of collecting Christian Louboutin shoes its taking longer than expected! She likes going to the gym and on holidays abroad.
