Rupert Wall is the latest bright expert to join the firm, slotting into our growing Insolvency & Restructuring team.
Rupert will be working alongside our own ‘Insolvency Guru’ Malcolm Niekirk, assisting him with a wide range of Insolvency matters.
Rupert's experience
Rupert completed his LLB undergraduate degree in Law at the University of Buckingham and an LLM Masters of Law at the University of Sheffield.
Before joining Frettens, Rupert was a Litigation Manager for a commercial law firm in London running a mixed caseload of small claims, fast track and multi-track commercial litigation cases.
Rupert's legal experience will be utilised within his role and will allow him to work closely with other departments across the firm, including our own Litigation Team, as well as our Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property Teams.
Malcolm Niekirk on his newest team member
Rupert will be assisting the experienced Malcolm Niekirk in his role, mainly helping out with their growing volume of transactional work.
