Prosperity in Property 2009 Seminar

Frettens Solicitors joined forces with P H Warr, leading property & construction surveyors, to sponsor and host the Bournemouth Property Association meeting in September. Over 80 people from Dorset's Property industry attended the event at Highcliffe Castle on 25th September.

The media is full of gloomy predictions of further falls in property values and the credit crunch is creating volatility in the commercial property market. At this seminar we addressed what the future holds with a particular emphasis on the local area.

Some of the region’s property experts spoke about their ideas for ensuring Prosperity in Property for 2009.
