Hannah is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in residential lease extensions for leaseholders and freeholders, freehold purchases and Right to Manage and Right of First Refusal.

Hannah graduated from Winchester University with a Law Degree in 2016. Since graduating she developed an interest in leasehold property. Hannah has completed her Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice with CILEx and in October 2023 received her Fellowship and is now a Chartered Legal Executive fee earning alongside Niki Adkins and Kerry Martin.

In her spare time Hannah enjoys reading, going for long walks, horse riding and skiing. Hannah also likes photography, particularly landscape and wildlife photography. She loves to travel whenever she can and spent a year living in Canada.
