Julia understands that buying and selling your home can be a stressful experience and does her best to alleviate as much stress as possible by being easily contactable.

Work

Julia qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2015, having spent many years as a secretary and PA in the residential property field. She joined Frettens’ team in Ringwood in June 2020 assisted by Paralegal, Phoebe Gamble.

She deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, park homes, shared ownership, help to buy and remortgages.

Play

Julia enjoys reading, eating out, walking and holidaying with her husband in their motorhome.

She is a volunteer for The Cinnamon Trust, which is a national charity for the elderly, the terminally ill and their pets. She currently enjoys walking a cairn terrier called Fidge for an elderly lady. Julia also volunteered for the Ringwood Coronavirus Association during lockdown.

Julia is a trustee at local charity Stronger Together Across Ringwood and Fordingbridge (STARF), a fantastic organisation who provide support for young people and families with debt worries and mental health issues in the area. Visit their website here.
