Julia understands that buying and selling your home can be a stressful experience and does her best to alleviate as much stress as possible by being easily contactable.

Work

Julia qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2015, having spent many years as a secretary and PA in the residential property field. She joined Frettens' Residential Property team in Ringwood in June 2020.

She deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and a wide range of residential property matters.

Assisting clients with new build property purchases.
Acting for clients in probate sales and attorney transactions.

Managing time-sensitive transactions and property chains.
Acting for buyers and sellers of retirement properties.
Supporting clients through relationship breakdowns involving property transfers.
Working closely with mortgage lenders to satisfy lending requirements.
Handling transactions involving gifted deposits and family assistance arrangements.

Play

Outside of work, Julia enjoys reading, eating out, walking and travelling with her husband.

She volunteers with The Cinnamon Trust, a national charity supporting elderly and terminally ill people and their pets. Her role includes meeting prospective foster carers and adopters for dogs needing temporary or permanent homes, as well as meeting dog owners who wish to become members of the charity.

Julia is also a trustee of Stronger Together Across Ringwood and Fordingbridge (STARF), a local charity that supports young people and families dealing with debt concerns and mental health challenges within the community.
