Frettens Expand Property Team

Frettens Solicitors are delighted to announce the latest recruit to their Commercial Property Team, James Love.

James joins Frettens having gained vast experience in the commercial property sector. His expertise includes all aspects of commercial property, including landlord and tenant, commercial and residential site development and secured lending. He has experience of dealing with complex leasehold and freehold transactions and assisting landlords with large property portfolios.

Oonagh McKinney, a Partner at Frettens and head of the firm’s Commercial Property Team, says “Our team has had an exceptionally busy year, which has led us to recruit three commercial property lawyers in the last 12 months. James is an extremely capable and experienced lawyer and his pragmatic approach has made him an instant success with our clients. In addition, last month, we appointed a new Leasehold Specialist to the team, Niki Adkins, who has considerable expertise in lease extensions and enfranchisement, so we now have an extremely multi-faceted and talented team of seven property specialists in the Commercial Department, alongside our extremely busy residential Conveyancing Team.”
