Best Companieshave recognised Frettens in their latest league tables for Q1 of 2023.
The group base their rankings on an anonymous employee engagement survey, completed by all of our team.
The Rankings
Following our recommendation as an ‘oustanding’ place to work in December, Best Companies have now revealed that we rank in the Top 5 Law Firms to work for, the Top 10 Best Companies in the South West and the UK’s Top 25 Mid-Sized companies.
“Measuring employee engagement is crucial to the development of our business and the Best Companies survey allows us to do this totally anonymously, on a regular basis.” Says Managing Partner Matthew Fretten.
“We take the survey very seriously and the results enable us to assess how engaged our employees are, identify areas for improvement and take action.
We’re pleased to see such positive results this year, with our highest ranking yet. It re-affirms that we are heading in the right direction and you can clearly see an upwards trend year on year.”
Featured Workplace Factors
As well as the main rankings, Best Companies also pointed out some ‘Featured Workplace Factors’ where we performed particularly well.
According to the survey:
- 85% of staff agreed that their job is good for their personal growth
- 86% of staff agreed that Frettens have a strong social conscience
- 94% of staff agreed that they love working for Frettens
Furthermore, Best Companies highlighted ‘Women in Senior Management’ as a key benefit; with at least 40% of our Senior Managers being women.
Matthew continues: “It’s great to see that our staff feel so positively about the firm, it’s social conscience and the opportunities that are provided for personal growth.
Of course, there’s always room for improvement and we’ll closely consider the areas that we want to hone in on going forwards.”
