Frettens’ specialist Leasehold Property Team has grown further with the addition of another experienced expert.
Jason Grimster joins Niki Adkins’ team, making them undoubtedly one of the largest teams in the South.
Niki heads up a team of six, all working exclusively on Residential Leasehold Property matters.

Jason is the latest of a number of experts to join Frettens as the firm goes through a period of unprecedented growth.
He becomes the 31st new team member of 2022, edging the total team size, based across the Christchurch and Ringwood offices, close to 100.
